I have received email from SWTOR asking me to input my product registration.

I have been billed, but I have not received a registration code. Not from SWTOR, Orgin or EA. When you login to Orgin/EA, the digital deluxe edtion doesn't show as being bought?

How do we get this code to enter?

My apologies if this has been posted before.

Should have gotten an email prior to that one titled "Origin - Product ready for order #XXXXXXXX"

Body should have started like this

Thank you for ordering from Origin Store. The product that you pre-ordered is now available.

Order ID: xxxxxxxxx
Product ID: xxxxxxxxx
Product Name: STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ Digital Deluxe Edition
Serial Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Check your spam filter though... someone who wrote this email did a crappy job of html and there's pagebreak coding all over it...

"2) Click "Redeem Your Product Registration Code" (You will be prompted to log in or create a STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ account if needed.) <br><br>

3) Enter and confirm your Product Registration Code (the 20-digit code seen above) when prompted. <br><br>

4) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration. <br><br>

5) Install the game and begin playing*. <br><br>"

I have the same issue, I keep getting emails saying to register the product code but have not received the product code email?

If you ordered through Origin and have not received the email with your game key then download the client, you can find your game key there.

Also, the email will be sent to the email address you used when you preordered the game. So if you changed email addresses, you'll need to check your old inbox.

Did your payment go through for the game? If so, I'd be on the phone with origin ASAP. Otherwise you may have fallen victim to the inadvertent cancellations - although I can't validate how/why those happened (see other threads).

I get to the part of "redeem a product registration code" and when i type in my 20 digit key it tells me that that key has already been used....I can still play but i don't have my deluxe items and haven't been able to start a subscription.
