Because the way I see it, it's clearly not enough.

I have had tickets in wait since the 15th, and tickets appears to be sorted numerically. 1, 2, 3, and so on.

Last ticket I sent was in the numbers of 1 100 000 - 1 200 000 or so.

Assuming that most tickets are relatively easy to resolve, and from my own experience with Support elsewhere (and with multiple friends and acquaintances working in various forms of software support) I wouldn't consider it implausible that a single representative should be able to handle about 1000 to 500 requests a day. Counting low.

Even with only 500 employees, that's a minimum of 250 000 tickets per day. Why are we playing catch-up? How many people do you have? 20? 25? With multiple millions of copies sold, how could you think that that would possibly be enough?

How long is this supposed to be going on? Because if I don't have my code registered by the 22nd, a operation that would take a representative mere seconds to administer (I supplied my CE Code in the mail and everything, scanned even; Tickets #903494‏ and/or #986470‏), I'm basically SOL.

Makes me wonder what tickets they are even working on right now. #200? #1000?
