sure that looks Ok - personally i would go 1% more crit

Eagerly awaiting your 2.0 guide Lyrik, very good job as always

I have one question for you : what would you consider the ideal crit/power stat ?

So far in full 69 and a bit of 72 (with still lvl 22 augments), I run like 25% crit (so 31% force crit) and ~1300 force bonus damage.
Would you go for much more ? i mean compared to before 2.0, i now use slash a lot more because i sometimes have a lot of focus and everything else in on cd. I also added the 7.5% bonus crit chance on slash/dispatch that is on focus tree, so my slash and dispatch have like 33% chance to crit. Combined to the auto crit blade storm and the force crit buff, I don't really know if i'd better drop power for more crit...

Any opinion on this ?

Hi Lyrik and thank you cause there's no comparable topic in french forum or on the internet for guardians dps. Before 2.0 i used to be at 30,64% melee crit, 1219 power, 99,97 accuracy and 78,75 surge. I made about 1820 on trainnig dummy.

I drop some black market and arkaniens pieces and today i got 98,76 accuracy, 26,74% melee crit (buffed/stim) ; 469 crit index - and 69,52 surge (a stat its gonna be hard to up at 75 before full stuff according to me). My melee bonus damage is 802,3. Does the cap crit really change ? I mean, percentages stay percentages right ? ^^ I hit the training dummy for 6 minutes and was at 2275 which is not bad but i have the feeling i can do much better even if i found myself a bit slow (for example dispatch animation is so fast that you stay like 1,5s not doing anything, gcd too slow..). I didn't think about marauder 2 pieces set bonus instead of ours (blade storm) not a bad idea, that would make +18% on master strike ^^ i cant wait to see your 2.0 guide too, I also play in 4/36/6 with the +7,5% on dispatch which seems quite useful. I got 2769 strengh and it already seems to decrease, i think i'd add power augments in majority for the linearity of the stat..

Regarding crit:

In a mix of 69/72 gear (the only pieces I have below that tier are a few enhancements and relics) with 9 blue might augment 28s and 5 purple 22s I'm sitting@3088 Strength with new stim.

That gives me 8%-8.5% crit chance.

I imagine in all 72s with all purple 28 augments I'll push that to 9%-10% crit chance off primary stat, for 20%-21% melee crit and 26%-27% force crit chance before I spend a single point on crit rating.

My marauder has a bit of crit rating, between 200-225. That's good for 4% crit chance at the expense of between 46-51 bonus damage. The question becomes whether those returns are worth the decrease in bonus damage. I'm not versed enough in the game's math to be able to answer that question.
