We made a gigantic dissection of the new Video Documentary #3 available for everyone. For those that are interested read on but be warned that the file size of the images are a bit big because of the quality and may take some time to load, you can also expand the images to suit your viewing needs. Let me know what you think. The images ended up turning out a bit small because of the size of the flash file of the video itself and if I would have expanded the images they would have gotten all ugly so the text is a bit small in places.

I have to say, I actually like this HUD a lot in the video. I know it's alpha and will change a lot, but if they kept it just like that, I'd be fine with it. Which actually surprises me.

Yeah, love it so far myself too. Pretty familiar to WoW which I am sure will appease some of the WoW player concerns.

Same. When I saw it in the "Creating Planets" documentary, I flipped out in excitement.

Not a lot of innovation as far as combat goes tbh, which is a huge letdown for me since I could care less about story or VOs. From the demo and what we saw in this video, expect button mashing and energy management (think rogues in WoW). Chat boxes and combat display look exactly the same as other MMOs. Also, the cover graphic for smugglers is absolutely horrid. That green blob is laughable. Something more sleek and polished would be nice.

Think that is placeholder or early because when showed in a prior video I think it was different, don't know for sure, someone could probably back me up on that one.

Have you played any of Biowares games? I'd actually be amazed if anyone bought a bioware game for the raw gameplay. Not to say, I haven't enjoyed bioware game gameplay, but it's hardly the main focus of any of their games.
