Jedi, in some era, forbid marriage and doesn't prefer romance compare to the Sith. However.

Ulic's mother is a Jedi master

Nomi's daughter became a respected Jedi Master, her descendant was a Jedi master during the movie era.

Satele Shan is the descendant of Revan and Bastila Shan.

Luke is the son of Anakin, once a famous Jedi and the Chosen One.

Cade is the descendant of Luke, the greatest Jedi in that era.

Many of them got famous ancestors/parents or offspring.

As for the Sith, the Sith Emperor's real father was a Sith Lord. Darth Krayt's father was a Jedi Master.

Exar Kun, the Sith Triumvirate, Kaan, Bane, Zannah, Plagueis, Sidious. All these Sith didn't have a famous Jedi/Sith parent or ancestors. They also didn't have or any powerful offsprings.

The fear of romance/Marriage etc. is as old as the republic in Star wars itself when it comes to the Jedi, and only the Jedi. Jedi, being very wary of their emotions and trying to remain in an impartial and just state that respects all life and plays no favorites.

Now, Love wasn't exactly 'forbidden' by the Jedi as such, it's attachments that they're afraid of, things they're afraid of letting go. It's why Jedi Masters and other individuals that understood this where sometimes given special permission to pursue their love aslong they didn't allow it to create attachments they where afraid of letting go. Also, during Lukes Jedi Order love was permitted generally aslong the Jedi understood the importance of no-attachment.

And yeah, most force user lineages are riddled with drama of having members on both light and darkside.

But most of the great Sith Lords don't have some great lineages after the Great Hyperspace War, even the Sith Emperor was just some "illegitimate child".

Comes with the nature of the Sith. They do not love since they're all about power, and love's nothing else then an open-weak spot for others to exploit. Infact it's Sith habbit to kill off those you hold most dear in order to gain more power. Besides, Children raised under good circumstances, all cozy and loved would have no reason to turn to the darkside or even pursue it in any circumstance, nor would a Sith be interested in them. A Humanoid needs certain depths of depravity to function well as sith.

I think Sith didn't care about love but they are open to sex and lust.

As crazy as this may sound, I think there are more Jedi that are related Children or Parent-wise than there are Sith that are related Children or Parent-wise.

Which is kind of Ironic..
Hapan: "This creature has information that could lead us to a woman who has been kidnapped. We will get that information."
Luke: "This woman is a citizen of the New Republic, and if you do not take your hands off her, I will take your hands off you."

The Sith consider love to be another emotion to feed off of. Some find it a weakness because it leads to mercy or can be exploited;others feed off of it.

Mama Grathan clearly loves her son and is willing to do whatever to save his life, ingame. Malgus loved his Twi'lek companion/lover,Eleena. He grew enraged when she was injured during the Sacking of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant and became more powerful when it happened; but in the end he realized his love for her was a liability/weakness and he killed her.

Yes but they all accept lust well since their code is about "break the chains and get free".

Love does not equal to sex and this thread is mostly about the lineage.

Sidiious totally had a son, his name was Triclops (on account of the third eye and all) but he was usurped by another three eyed mutant named Trioculous. I wiash I was making this up.
