What happens when a trial character hits the level 15 and continue playing. Does character still get exp? If so, and because of character can't pass the 15, will the character be disadvantaged?

I do not know if the game tracks experience for the character (but I doubt it), but how would they become 'disadvantaged'?

Mission givers will not talk to you if you are too far below the suggested mission level.

It's not like some level 15 will be completing their class stories or anything.
Beta Squadron 157

As long as we remember, it's never really gone.

Surely, you're right. I didn't think this part. Thanks for answer.
