So I registered my pre-order code on July 26th and received an email from <no-reply@bioware.swtor.com> saying this:

Yes, have the same issue right now, it had a code redemption history as of yesterday. Now, its gone.

Anyone else?

It wants you to activate the gamecode. Not the same as pre-order code. The game code needs to be activated 20th.

Husband and I both entered our pre order codes on July 21st. Mine shows this history. So did his yesterday. I got my invite this morning, after wondering why he hadnt yet, we checked and his code redemption history is gone, nothing at all showing now.

Yes, same here.

I'm assuming they are doing it this way to make their lives less complicated. My guess is that when your start date happens you will find that the product registration code information is correct and you'll be all set to go.

That said, if today is your day then you'll probably need to contact customer service.


[EDIT] I haven't received the email that I can enter the game yet. That said I would assume that the pre-order code is the same as the product registration code; your game's serial.

This is what I get for thinking this game would just be another WoW and not pre-ordering it right away.

Doing that now, sitting on the phone. Im worried with everything being as busy as it is today for them, this wont help us atm.
