I'm just at a loss as to how spending so much time talking about this issue on the forums is perfectly fine, but the three minutes you'd spend putting it into CS is a waste of time? I mean, not to even try....

And I was sympathetic, but you're not making an effort to get the lost item issue fixed. I get that you've got this whole stomp stomp they won't fix it so I won't even try thing going on, but they do return things. I've had mail returned to me that was lost, a friend of mine had a color crystal disappear from his bags returned - all from contacting CS. I'm not saying they're perfect, but eesh stop talking about how terrible it all is and at least try.

IMHO, Letting one person's actions stop you from ever trading again is granting that guy a second greater win.

For many years, since UO arrived I have crafted items for people and let them set the price. Many times I have posted the items to the player without any cod charges. I have even accidentally sent cash instead of clicking COD.

I have never had a person take the money and run.
