If u use a VPN it fixes it for now a temporary solution guys try www.WTfast.com cost money (cheap) tho but if ur desperate u can use the trail to make sure it works for urself it does.

That is what I did. It is laggy, but at lest I can log in and play.

Hi this VPN WTFAST did not work for me. I am still getting this new problem now whereby I only have two server regions open (North America and EUrope) and no actual servers listed within them ie it is totally blank.

Furthermore the Asia Pacific Tab is not even there.

Nah, something Bioware must be tinkering with has totally bugged the server selection screen for me. I log in now passed the splash screen but come to a server selection screen with only two server tabs North American and European. There is no third Asia Pacific tab what so ever. Feels like I have gone back 3 months to before the Asia Pacific server launch only difference is my level 50 is no longer on the US server. plus even with these two tabs, I get no servers being listed and the eventual new error 4001 is coming up now. Not sure what is happening but this is highly frustrating and it is about bed time here.


Star date 1172012: Tech support has tired something different to fix this damn confounded error 1003, but in its place a new error has emerged; error 4001. What the devil is going on within the ships computer I have no idea? But someone had better get down to the blasted bottom of it soon. A captain should be able to enjoy his downtime without having to stare at a gosh darn splash screen.

on wtfast i just chose sydney(choose best) server and it worked perfect

I finally logged into Dalborra.

I changed my router setting from automatic DNS to Google Public DNS.
Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary 8.8.4.4
