Am I wrong or RESTART means....

Push restart button.......... What do you mean by RESTART, BW?

*shrug* Typical restarts in the majority of games I've played tend to only take about 15 minutes. So I'm not entirely sure what they're doing.

The servers are not your PC. There is a lot more involved in shutting down servers cleanly and then restarting them than just pushing one button.

Restarting a game server usually means:
1. Shutting down the services
1a. (possibly/optional) making a few backups of crucial databases
2. restarting the servers
3. checking the logs for unexpected error messages
4. starting up the services needed
5. check the logs for unexpected error messages
6. launch server software
7. check logs for unexpected error messages
if you get unexpected error messages, attempt to correct and/or start over from 1.
No matter how right you think you are, consider that you might be wrong.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Some people just shouldn't have the right to announce it.
