Dual spec again, wasn't promised. Not in the update. Doesn't count.

True about the legacy perks though. The only thing even worth buying is the speeder ones - and only because the speeder training comes with it. Thats the first actual perk I'll buy out of all of them.

overall, the legacy system has been a collosal faiure in my eyes. Take out the ridiculous costs and it'll actually feel like a reward
Actually ican rate it however i want as thats my opinion. And no dual spec os a massive fail... Look at games like rift. It came out with the ability to have, what? 5 specs or something. Bioware is still years behind the times... And im am tapping my foot waiting (now very impatiently ad the game has been out 7 months or so) for it to catch up.

Rift launched with the ability to have 3 specs, HOWEVER, you only got two talent trees for free. You then had to do quests to get the others, and the PvP soul cost PvP currency. Then months later you could buy the additional souls, and PvP still cost PvP currency. Now you get everything but the PvP soul at character creation.

Games evolve.

As for "X should have been in at launch." well then maybe the execs, board, investors shouldn't have bum-rushed the game out the door. I don't blame developers at that point, I blame the execs and the people with the money that wave it around making demands like they have any clue what they're doing.

It's a bit weird. People are still LFGing in chat lol. Not much for my lvl 50 characters but them doing dailies helps those I am leveling with creds to get these character unlocks. Every little bit helps. Love the fact you can now just shuttle to black hole(given it cost 150k onetime fee). Haven't messed with augments yet since its not really worth it, well, for me at least. Haven't messed with social gear yet. Totally pissed that sprint speed isn't in there. Plus, there's nothing new to get under legacy to help out with your whole legacy.

I'll try Ranked Warzones later with my guild.

Did get graphic improvements with AA now being supported for my 6950.

Oh, I had to respec my BH PT.

I'd give it a 7/10 so far.

Doesnt solve the fact that it was released without very common mmo features. I still cant right click whisper someones name in guild for crying out loud. I still have to type their name... And heaven forbid they have a crazy letter! As to your point about it not being the devs fault... They have had 7 months... Over half a year now... To fix all of this. It took them 7 months to develop a single server lfg tool. And still no duel spec.

While I tend agree with your general point from the view of the overall game, if we're purely talking about patch 1.3 then I think the other guy's being fair.

We could rate 1.3 on the quality of tree graphics added, but it'd be a daft criteria. Rating an individual patch on what you think it should've featured rather than what it did feature doesn't make a a great deal more sense.
0.00008 light speed? But that's only a lousy 86,000 kph!

Okay what it does feature... 0/10

Lfg should have been on at release.... Still saying that. Fps and graphics/load times still suck. Legacy perks not legacy wide and old useless perks still far to expensive. Its still a fail patch.

fail troll fails. ~300 on both imp and pub side fleets on fatman. which was at 200 for each side at 11pm EST today, which is CRAZY high for that time of a day on a weekday

AKA what YOU wanted to be featured in the game. exactly what the man you quoted said. good job ignoring his point though. you really proved yourself there xD
