Clearly this is due to swtor because EA doesn't have any other franchises.
Ganking leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to pvp.
The Swtor forum attracts trolls because the forums are more fun than raiding dragon soul.
Complaining is the new meta game.

Thanks for the laugh!

EA's stock has been a horrid investment for some time. What does that mean for SWTOR? Dunno but you've already seen EA at action with Bioware and all the cuts.

EA is just a horrid company in general. They where before SWTOR, they are now.

They abuse their customers and their employees, of course their stock is falling.

LOL!

One could even go further and say:

"Clearly this is due to SWTOR because EA doesn't have any bigger gaming franchises."

Oh, and I don't care. I am playing a GAME I have fun with.

And if you read the WHOLE article, the entire game industry is suffering.

Don't fret, chicken little, the sky is not falling.
Tides go in, tides go out? CAN YOU EXPLAIN IT?!?

Seriously...if you don't care don't post. The game is definitely going FTP within the year. Get the blinders off fella!

Please list your source that the game is going F2P within the year. I would like to see a quote from someone at Bioware that stats that. Oh.. you can't.. so your speculating. So, if you can't state facts then don't post since you don't think someone else can post their opinion.

There is evidence the game is in sharp decline. It's called signals. There are more signals that the game is going FTP than staying a paid subscription.

Ehhh, despite the scorn heaped on EA they brought in a guy that tried to make EA innovative again, buying up a ton of companies and releasing more big budget titles. Wall Street just expected a LOT from this game and they also wanted all this wonderful digital revenue to come pouring in with pie in the sky margins. But you'd think from this thread EA was in actual financial trouble, and they're not, really.

The only thing that happened is EA isn't giving Wall Street absurd, unsustainable growth numbers and the speculators pretending to be investors that run the show there moved on to other shiny things.

EA is doing badly, but not as badly as most of the internet makes it out to be.
Their stock artificially inflated because the investors thought this game would instantly sell 10+ million copies and have 10+ million subs paying monthly for years.

When the game didn't live up to their overinflated expectations, the stock crashed back to reality.
Then the userbase started to crash because the game didn't advance the genre, and was basically the same generic MMO from the last decade, only with voice acting and a decent story.

So the stocks took another hit.
