This is good news... His earlier post said they opened the tickets on the 12th.

My ticket was opened on the 13th so Tomorrow or the next day provided they are working the weekend.

So how did u get it? Was it just there when u logged in or was it an item in your in game mail. Im stuck at work for the next 12 hours so im really interested to know how its working. Thx.

Ours was put in on the 12th. Still waiting.....

They should have foreseen this issue of too many tickets. How could they have solved it?

The company that shall not be named has a great solution to when they know they will get a huge influx of tickets over a given time (like a patch, hint, hint 1.3 coming up). What do they do? They plan ahead. They hire extra CS people in advance on Temporary contracts. Train them up, and get them ready before-hand. Then they have these extra, fully-trained people to help go through tickets faster. The tickets go back down to normal levels, and the Temp. contracts run out.
I guess that would require to much foresight though.
Been actively reporting SWTOR bugs since July 2011. It's almost a full time job.

UPDATE: Got our guild banks back, both of them. Roughly 53 hour wait, total from initial ticket filing (noon MDT, 6/13). What happened is the CS Rep joined the guild, promoted himself to Guild Leader. Bought the guild bank. Then repromoted my character back to GL. When we switched to the Imp side and he did the same thing over there. Although he (or she, I suppose) talked with me via the in-game help chat system while we did this, it doesn't look like my help was ever actually needed.

So we have our guild bank now. However, it was apparently quite a scare for guildies that were currently logged in at the time it happened. From what I was told, a level 1 Bounty Hunter (keep in mind we're Republic) force-joined our guild, demoted me to Officer, then quit the guild after a minute or so. Ironically, at the same time, our guild's website went down, so everyone flipped out thinking my account just got hacked, but we're guessing it was just CS doing their thing.

While we're happy the guild bank is back with all 3 of our tabs, it might have been helpful to inform us that this is how the process works because everyone is a little worried about how it happened and if we're at risk of losing whatever is in the guild bank.

Anyone have a similar experience?

It's bad enough that BioWare didn't include a guild transfer feature or even a simple bank transfer feature but this is getting a little ridiculous now, my officers and I have over 350 items stored between us, just waiting to put them back into the bank. Can customer support please get it's act together and start fulfilling some of these requests. We've been waiting over 48 hours now and I'm sure other guilds have been waiting longer.

Have patience. We just got our bank today and we put in the request on Tuesday. The fact that people are starting to get them is a sign that the ball is rolling. It's better than being on our dead servers, right?

Well they are obviously not working to get this issue handled over the weekend. Been waiting four days now and still no guild bank or response to my email or game ticket. Tomorrow will be the 5 th day and this is taking ridiculously too long to correct. It is messing with my playing time. I think some more free playing time for the delay and aggrivation is warranted.

Ok so i got an email today that says they are working on the ticket i opened on the 13th for my pub guild. I just hope they are working on my imp side also since tickets were opened same day and minutes apart. Fingers are crossed.
