As according to this thread where a BW CS representative answered a question regarding to the backup in guilds reacquiring their banks, it may take a couple of days. Keep in mind that they have thousands of guilds requesting to have their bank re-established and BW has to manually check the status of the old bank and replicate it on the new server. While I understand this can be frustrating, I'd just suggest waiting a little longer for them to get to your ticket. Our guild, with over 150 people, is still waiting.

What i find really irritating is the thread referenced above regarding eta...which still really doesnt answer anything was updated by a cs agent and the thread was just started today yet this thread started on the 13 th which is now 5 pages long has never gotten a response. If the other thread had been started first i could understand but i feel like we were just being ignored.

Well mostly that could be my fault by starting the new thread...but I did so because I had just seen a CS respond to a new thread and seized the opportunity to try and get an answer out of them. I was originally going to post it in this thread but figured it would be ignored unless it was in a new thread while watchful eyes were on the prowl.
