I have the same problem. I am the gm of 2 guilds. Imp and repub side. My characters inventory and cargo hold are full. Still no response to the 2 tickets i opened. We need someone on this now.

Just to update i have tickets open in game, update in this thread and an email to customer service concerning the guild banks and have had no response to any of the contact methods yet i said something in a thread yesterday ribbing another poster and got a warning in email from customer service this morning telling me to be nicer. No guild bank yet but a slap on the wrist for being sarcastic in a thread. Makes no sense.

Your story is pretty much identical to my own. A day and a half and still nobody will say how long the process is expected to take -- or even if there has been any progress at all.

What is frustrating is we all know the devs have seen this thread and seen all the tickets and emails requesting guild banks but no one is willing to give us a response as to what is the problem or even having the courtesy of telling us they are working on it. I was just in another thread where this guy states he hasn't had a response to a ticket he opened and no automated response within 30 minutes and he already got a dev responding to his post. It wasnt a thread about guild banks just a question in general. It is as if they feel if they say nothing the problem will go away.

Either that, or they've suddenly realized it's going to take them weeks to get to all the transferred guilds and they're afraid to tell us for fear more people will quit out of frustration.

Same here did it yesterday over 24 hours ago, still waiting.

Was hoping to find a faster solution here because the stuff is taking up room!

And we all want to have access again.

More than 24 hours have gone by, and here I sit in a dark corner of Carrick Station with a ton of equipment crammed into a very unpleasant place for *over 24 hours.* No word yet on an extraction.

Tell me about it. My character is tired of carrying all this stuff around. He isnt young. And he cant find any young slave outfit wearing twilek women around to help hold it.

It has now been over 48 hours since I submitted my first request. I have not had a response or even a confirmation that my request was received. I know it will be taken care of eventually, but a little upset with how long it is taking. I almost want to buy a new gbank, but know I won't be reimbursed for it and it could mess up getting out tabs from the origin guild.

A dev response saying,"we have a crapload of requests and are thinking we may have to rethink this" or something would be appreciated. Advice- give every guild a free gbank. Figure out the tab situation as you can.
