Why do you claim you have a 24/7 Customer services, yet. Your last Dev Post was LAST NIGHT, according to the Dev Tracker. Why can't you give us more information about the bloody server problems? You guys KNEW how many people were in the Early Access, yet, you've failed to provide DECENT SERVERS for us. I've seen several people over the forums say they won't even play anymmore, if it doesn't get fixed soon.

Fix now, or you're going to loose a good chunk of players because of this very simple issue.

The funny thing is, your servers (Aparently) are running at HALF capacity, why? Why can't you give us full capacity so we can enjoy the game, instead of making yourself look bad in the eyes of PAYING CUSTOMERS.

You've just made yourself look bloody stupid, now.

"We have just opened up a new #SWTOR server! <East Coast - PvE - Telos Restoration Project >"

Seriously? THE US DON'T NEED MORE SERVERS, the EU Do.

I recently posted a notification of a pending Class action lawsuit against bioware for their inept handling of customer service as well as their false advertiseing among other issues and violations of their own terms of agreement.

The mods promptly removed the post, which is in itself Illegal and a Felony action. Since the post requested Signatures from users suffering from biowares lies about their 24 hours service and account fixes guarantee.

So mods, thank you for committing a felony act on behalf of Bioware. As it is a Federal law that states attempting to delete or cover up or force petitions and notifications of legal nature in order to cover up or discourage said legal suites is a Felony act, and since it is a computer based felony act in this case carries a 500,000.00 Fine as well as 25 years in prison for the Mod that clicked the delete button.

All of which is traceable and which Bioware will be supeena for during the lawsuit, as evidence of their trying to cover their tracks, and willfully committing fraud, false advertisement and intentional malicious effort to scam their customers.

You just insured, the people filing the suit win if it goes to court after the 21st.
