I've having the exact same issue only I ordered the CE. I have already redeemed my code, but it hasn't given any of the digital items. I even used the security key which works fine, but I can't even access the security vendor on the space station.

Same issues here. I've already registered my code but the items aren't showing up in game. I've had a ticket in for 2 days w/ no answer.

Preordered the CE from Gamestop, entered my security code, but have the same issue... I suppose maybe I will have to wait until I pick it up on Tuesday to redeem another type of code then, in order to get my stuff?

Hi DarthKell & JohnHisal,

Have you entered the product registration key or just the pre-order code?
The pre-order code was just for early access and only granted the colour stone.

You will receive a product registration key at launch, either with your physical copy of the game, or if you ordered the digital version this will be sent by email. You will need to register this key to be able to continue playing the game after launch on December 20th. When you enter this code you will receive the other items.

It is worth checking your spam folder in case the email for the digital edition has already been sent and make sure you are looking in the email address you used to place the original order.

Hope this clarifies the matter for you.

Are you sure that wasn't the pre-release code?
Go to http://www.swtor.com/user/codes . You'll see something like

if you've entered your registration code. If not, wait till the 20th which is when Origin will probably toss you the registration code, or thereabouts.

If you still don't have it by time to launch, I'd contact Origin, as they're the ones you bought it from. Yeah, they're the same company, but they're not really.

Yeah I actually got the items now. I guess it just took a while for the system to recognize that I redeemed the CE. All good now!
