Welcome to the TOR forums. This will be 99.7% percent of the population. Hold on tight, duck when needed, and bring a towel.
I only get paid when I survive. I like getting paid.

Nice way to overgeneralize . also I'll repost my response to that quote.

If you're gonna bash on the Devs and TOR at LEAST get the math right.

Assuming the game has 200k paid subs is laughable at best. . .bordering on insulting(which of course was your entire point of the thread, to insult the devs).

I still can't believe that 6 months in there are STILL people on the forums that pay 15/month to bash the game. If you hate it so much. . .GO AWAY. No one is forcing you to stay. And if you're gonna be one of those 'but i paid for a 6 month sub, and im just waiting for it to run out' it really shows the priorities in your life are ALLLLL out of whack if you still have time to complain on a forum for a game that you dont like and/or play anymore.

Sounds like you're just frustrated with the population(or lack of one) on your server. . .and you're the type that utterly refuses to roll on a more healthy one.

Pro tip - rerolling on a healthy server when the game is only 6 months old isn't going to make or break anyone. It will only make your gameplay experience that much better. I promise
I am not paying $15 to bash Bioware. I am on my free 30 days that they gave everyone. As far as the real subs number goes..... 190 servers are absolute ghost towns you can draw your own conclusions. I am not going to reroll on fatman because the game's recycled quests are just a spacebar fest. And why should I give up all my other characters because I was assigned to a bad server in the beginning? And like many posters have already said: The game's other problems have caused the population issue.

I personally have until the 20th for my free month. Not sure about others.

It is not even officially summer yet, and 90% of the servers are completely dead. Three more months of BW dragging their feet and yes the game will be dead in September.

The game copies heavily from WoW

This, listed in the middle of a bunch of features you want copied from WoW (and games from which WoW copied), is fun irony.

I was speaking of the combat (although it is less fluid in TOR) and the similarities between the talent trees and abilities. The sith warrior is pretty much copy/paste from WoW and the sage is pretty much just like a priest. Also if you are gonna copy WoW you may want to include some of the features that make it what it is and the combat is has ability delay and feels much worse than in WoW. If you are gonna make a WoW clone at least do a good job.

I don't know if it was exactly better, but it kept me interested for 8 years, and TOR had me for less than 3 months before I was completely bored with it.
