Why don't you play all 8 class story lines?

I got through 2 on Imp side. My first character did everything except bonus quests. (Don't really know why they even bothered with bonus quests since the regular ones cause you to outlevel your zone.)

On my second character I was already so tired of repeating the zone quests that all I could do is class quests and queue for warzones.

My third character got to about level 30 (don't remember exactly, got to Taris) and I just lost all interest in proceeding. Rolled a Republic toon and got bored. Done. Unsub.

Tried to play the "re-roll endlessly" game. It wasn't fun, and certainly wasn't worth $15 a month.

I already am, at the same time.
I'd like to sit down with the guy responsible for having Busta Rhymes fight Michael Myers in HALLOWEEN RESURRECTION. Then, before he could speak, I would slap him so hard his face would explode and his dog would die." - Jim Law

You are being sarcastic, hopefully.

I've tried to play alts - when I realized that only the class-quest is different and about 90% of the quests are the same, I stopped playing.

I keep reading, that people compare it to single-player games (e.g. Dragon Age), that it's not so different to replay the game. There pretty much everything is the same if you replay it and they point out, that at least in SWOTOR it's different.

I just keep wondering... .why would I replay a story-driven game, when I've already played it? Don't get it... I mean strategy-games. OK - the gameplay is often different. But a stroy-driven RPG??? ehm.. no ... I don't replay those. So like here - I don't replay the game with a different class, just to have 90% of the same quests again.

can't you see that...
Fixed that for you mate. The game was not designed specifically for you, it just so happens that it's lack of expected MMO features and activities suits your playstyle.

Right now I have: 50 jugg, 50 op, 40 sin, 33 sent, 25 van, 24 merc, 17 gs, 14 sage

Hoping that by the end of the summer they will all by 50.

Ive really enjoyed all the stories except sage so far but its unfair to judge it since I just started it. I dont care that my master is sick... Im evil. : /
Ganking leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to pvp.
The Swtor forum attracts trolls because the forums are more fun than raiding dragon soul.
Complaining is the new meta game.

Have a Bounty Hunter, Trooper and Jedi Consular to 50 and done. I am working on my Jedi Knight and Imperial Agent right now. Actually I plan on doing all 8 twice as I want to experience differing skill trees and the LS/DS differences.

The key is rest state experience and going back and forth between factions. It doesn't hurt to take a few days break every now and then too. Great game, but I will say this, it is not for everyone. I understood the story aspect of the game when I started, but that is not going to be everyone's cup of tea.

I like to stick to one character and max it out to be the best it can be. leveling on an alt is just boring when i could be doing lvl 50 pvp or end game pve. I do every quest and see everything there is to see the first time through and once you've played one toon nothing will be new again besides the single class quest chain. and that is boring
Sometimes I like to cover myself in peanut butter, hop in the washing machine, and pretend I'm a bear.

Here's why the above is hilarious to me...

Back in December (and even earlier) when many of us observed that end game didn't appear to be a focal point for TOR, and worried that re-rolling was going to essentially be the end game, we were besieged by fanboys calling us trolls and copy-pasting the same list of end game features that were going to be so awesome. Some of us looked at the list and pointed out that it was thin, and that it wasn't going to be able to sustain the end game. "LULZ you haters!" the fanboys said, shouting us down. "No developer would be dumb enough to design a game around re-rolling alts! ROFL!"

Now that people are figuring out en masse that, indeed, there's just not much to do apart from re-rolling once you've been level 50 for awhile, the fanboys are telling us, "this game isn't for you. Of course BW designed this game around re-rolling alts. It's the whole point of the game!"
