So I've finished the Inquisitor storyline, been granted the title of Darth, and become a member of the Dark Council. Then I got to tie up loose ends on Belsavis by doing the Bonus Series, and I meet Darth Synar at the Deep Launchpoint quest area. This underling then proceeds to speak to me as though I'm still a slave fresh off the shuttle on Korriban. At the very least I should have a dialogue option to shock this insolent fool into recognition of to whom she speaks, if not the option to execute her on the spot!

Hey, I've seen a Jedi talk to me as if I still had to beat the act 1 boss, when I was at level 50. I doubt the system is designed for this level of sequence breaking.
Best way to end Smuggler Act 1 is
Spoiler

You can't make up stuff like that.

I just finally found the NPC on Carrick Station that gives me the Alderaan Bonus Series. As a Vanguard at level 50, having beaten the class quests on Corellia (and getting my full squad photo op at the end!), every single NPC in the Bonus Series still called me Captain, instead of Major.
