Further, in 1.3 will we see some kind of way to assign banking permissions to a character besides the GM? That is, will the GM be able to give a level of permissions that will let either a GM alt or a special rank to manage and see what the GM sees?

Will there be more guild bank access in either major cities on planets, or at least at the spaceport?

World PvP is in short supply right now. Are there plans for the near future to implement some meaningful Open World PvP? Im not looking for a timeline on the release of the content, but would like to know what kind of world PvP system youre hoping to develop.

Since the current form of the inheritance gear is quite useless is there any plans to remake it into some form such as items that level up as you do like in world of warcraft for example.

In 1.3, will there be any incentives (or reasons) for going to an open world PVP area such as Outlaws Den or Ilum? The rakghoul event was nice by having a world boss in Outlaw's Den because it encouraged PVP there. You removed the boxes and nodes in that area and Ilum due to people abusing it. Isn't there any way to put those things back and place a level cap or mobs around them or something to discourage camping and encourage people to go there? We just want people to have a reason to go there so it would encourage world PVP. It doesn't need to be an elaborate system, just something to get people there.

With the additions of augment kits in the next patch, I was curious as to what the logic was to having materials for creating the new kits coming from reverse engineering when there is already a small portion of the community whining that there isn't enough lower level gear in the GTN, instead of from an existing gathering source like say the new augment materials from slicing missions?

Are there any plans in 1.3 (or beyond) to implement more settings or state-saves for the crafting window? I like to minimize groups of recipes that I am not using, and prefer sorting my recipes by the item levels. However, these changes are frequently reset. Would it be possible to have these changes preserved over time, or have the ability to hide recipes that aren't used altogether?

Many players are concerned about the upcoming character transfer feature. One question frequently being voiced in the forums is that of retaining their legacy surname. Is there a mechanic in the transfer feature that will notify a player if the destination server they choose already has their surname locked by another player?

My question is when are you going to stop blaming the Lag and disconnects on the players and their systems, and fix the issue you caused with the 1.2 patch??

Something I was only able to touch on lightly with Daniel Erickson at the Guild Summit was the possible implementation of a UGC (User Generated Content) system to allow for continued playability post level 50. I'd like to re-approach this from more than just an RP perspective.

Star Trek Online has a great implementation of UGC with its "Foundry" to allow content authors to craft their own missions using in-game elements. While I realize TOR is heavily based on the in-game story, I think a UGC system with an eye to STO's Foundry would be a great boon for players of all types. Instanced PvP zones using existing maps (a PvP match on Coruscant or within the Jedi Temple ruins for example), a PvE instanced zone using existing in-game maps to forge your own Star Wars story with assigned missions and finally there is the element of RP...UGC would help RPers by allowing the creation of tiny sandboxes in which RPers have a small grain of control over their environment to help prevent griefing.

I have every faith that there is more wonderful story coming from BioWare, but I ask the devs to consider the implementation of some kind of UGC in order to open up the game just enough to allow for more player freedom.

Second, could we have an update on if and when "hood down" versions of Jedi robes are coming?

Can you give us more details on the server merges, such as when they are happening, and what will the details be? Like, what if a player has 8 characters on both servers?
