Never a dick to people, and standing around in Fleet spamming the LFG channel is not fun at all. Why are you against people wanting to have fun in a game? Why are you against people wanting to group with as many people as possible in an MMO? Why do you want people to be just standing around in fleet while they spam the lfg channel, instead of being out in the planets while they wait for a group to be formed, there by making it even easier to find people for the group content on the planets since there would be more people on planets and less people standing on fleet?
How do you measure the success of an MMO?

what this game really need is not just this, hope BW be focus in the real big picture and not only on this LFG tool

while nice, is not the thing will get SWTOR back to the competition, it will be at best just something we needed for low pop servers at best ( witch are many many), but.. to late BW you are making it.. too late, we need more now. sadly
If it was in at launch the server populations would not be like they are right now, and youre right, it probably wont get a ton of people to come back to the game, but if your bucket has a hole in it you plug the hole before you fill it back up.

Maybe learn to read. The tool is in game and it allows you to traverse across the planets and do what you want while still looking for a group. Heck you can even ask on the planets. Why are you so adamant about having to stand on the fleet when chances are, most players are out on the planets?

Because the arguement isnt over a toggle, its why do people hate x-server lfg tools. they dont want a toggle or they wouldnt care if there was a tool or not because nobody is ever forced to use an lfg tool.

p.s using the word pedantic over and over on a video game message board just makes it look like someone gave you a word of the day calendar.

And most 50s are on alts, spread across all planets. 1.2 was very successful in getting people to roll alts. That's why a more robust LFG tool is needed, that's not even a question.

Same server or cross-server? IT DOESN'T MATTER if that LFG has a X-server toggle!

Was it that obvious?

Dude, I used it twice... You've been doing good lately not using hyperbole...don't start again.

You mean that tool that nobody uses?
Anyways, a more useful tool is coming, so it doesn't really matter what you think. Obviously just using the keyboard was not successful.

Please... I read the OP. The question in this thread title was a passive aggressive attempt to state why a LFG tool, particularly a cross-server one, is needed in the game. It was NOT to actually get an explanation. The OP could care less what the explanation actually was....
