Is this for real?

Are all the active players of this game required to give details of what they have lost?
How many thousands is that going to be?
Some are saying that matrix shards are missing from inventory too, Is that correct.
Have no idea if i have lost any or not as was working through all datacron locations to get the ones not already picked up.
Definitely lost my matrix cube though.
Unless it is something simple then I can see only one fix for this. Take servers off line and roll back pre patch.

Character Names: Missing Matric Cube on both these characters:
Calliope (Republic Sage) and Tėmpėst (Empire Sorcerer)

Cube name: Two of these 1 for each character above: M7-R3 I beleive (it's the one where you use 3 red shards) and gives the following stats:
+50 Endurance
+58 Willpower
+24 Critical

I'll start playing when I have them back, If you make me wait till next scheduled maintence I'll unsub, this is intollerable.
