Anyone else having this issue?

I checked my mail and the only thing was the crystal and nothing else. How can I fix this?

Exit out of the game completely and log back in.

Yup. Got the early invite and everything. Been playing this game for for 2 days already.

The early invite is not the email with your product key. The product key came on an email from origin with instructions on how to claim it. The EGA came from SWTOR.

I've blanked out my info but this is what it roughly looks like....

Just checking.

Did you also set up a subscription via credit card/add game time? I don't know for sure if that is part of the problem but I did both and got my items instantly the next time I logged in.

No I haven't done that. Thank you. I will check that out and see if it works.

By the way, how do you set that up? Going through account and it doesn't pop up.
