I agree that a Dungeon Finder tool is sorely needed, but I don't know if a cross server one is necessary just yet. As heretical as it may seem, my idea of fun is not sitting in Fleet/ homeworld for an hour or more spamming to form a group. An LFD tool I can use to queue up for a flashpoint while I do dailies or farm mats for professions is a much more productive use of my game time.

I've only done a handful of FP's in this game, and its really starting to annoy me. I'd like to do something other than level alts and do dailies. Especially considering guilds on my server don't seem to be recruiting, or at least they do not respond to inquiries.

Rift was losing subs before it was added. For reasons not even related to the cross realm LFG tool. And by the way...they have increased thier subs some it seems. All thier servers in the evenings are medium to heavy now atleast.

That's a first.

But still WoW did not have one until Wrath but still its like everyone demands a LFG system because of it

Logic will tell you a same server LFG for PVE is not going to work well on low pop servers. There will be a smaller pool from which to make up teams. Afterall...each group for 4 man groups as a min need one to tank and one to heal.

That's because the guy you quoted said only 50% when it's 75%. When there is only 16 servers, they should be healthy with only 200k people playing

Because WoW happens to be the most successful MMO to date. And the cross realm LFG tool is very popular. So much so they have improved and expanded upon it. With the addtion of the Looking for Raid feature for the Lastest end game content. In MOP, all 3 new raids will be accessable using the LFR tool.

Notice how WOW has been on the decline ever since then? Blizzard never solved the problems with declining server populations and has been on a downward slope ever since. Just keep ignoring server consolidation and watch your cash cow burn.

Looking for Raid? Are you kidding me? A looking for raid one should not be made because people will get matched with people with bad item levels.

And Besides the game is losing Subscribers

I think Cata sold like 4.6 million copies. They really started on the decline after Cata was released and it had nothing to do with the addition of the cross realm LFG feature. But rather some radical changes they made in Cata. Blizz knows this also. They said they made some mistakes in Cata with the designs of the dungeons and are returning in MOP to the Wrath type dungeon designs. Which means ones which can be easier for casuals and can be run in a quicker fashion. It is "casuals" afterall who make up the majority of most MMO's. It will be interesting to see what WoW's sub base is this next time they reveal them.
