Then you need a pair of glasses, seriously. Either that or you are trolling hardcore.
How do you measure the success of an MMO?

Also it looks just like WoW plays just like WoW.
haha, SWTOR plays EXACTLY like WoW, they copied basically everything World of Warcraft does right now, except WoW does it better.

How exactly does GW2 feel like WoW? The combat is totally different, you can switch from a ranged class to a melee class just by switching your weapon, you have entirely different set of abilities depending on your weapon, there is no "quests" and cities are actually amazing.

Guild Wars 2 will not "kill" anything and is probably my biggest disappointment in any game I have played in a long time. I found it to be outright terrible. With it's extremely cludgy and frustrating combat mechanics, overly difficult "solo" missions, and very poor client performance I think a lot of other players who were looking forward to the game will be very disappointed.

I loved GW1 and still play it on occasion but this version is so far removed from the first it's like the took out everything that made GW great to begin with.

I can say one thing, after playing GW2 I have a new found appreciation for SWTOR.
GW2 doesn't need to kill anything, it isnt a sub based MMO.

Difficult "solo" missions? Are you really that bad you can't learn how to dodge and utilize abilities correctly? I'm sorry you can't just mash buttons and succeed like you can in every other MMO in the last 7 years.

GW2 has nothing to do with GW1 except it uses the same lore. They said 1000 times it will be nothing like GW1. The "client performance" is actually your computer being terrible, I can play the game with absolutely no lag with massive amount of people on my screen.

The game is absolutely phenomenal and I'm so glad someone has finally made a new interesting fun game. SWTOR was supposed to be that game but as we can see with the massive ghost towns, it failed pretty hard.
Those who beg for mercy are too weak to deserve it.

GW2 by a long shot. It's almost perfect. Almost. I got them old DAoC feelings back.

Buhbye SWTOR.

GW2 by far. The combat is really complex and hard to understand but after 30? Hours you know how to do it Hell, I died even a few times because I played bad. I loved that.

It's really challenging sometimes. PvP is fast as hell and unforgiving.

Do you understand the difference between graphical quality and art style? I don't think you do. If you think Swtor has better graphics than GW2 you need to get your glasses checked.
PvP should be based on skill NOT expertise.

sadly, this is probably going to be the fate of gw2

i mean, people will come to the game.and get steamrolled, and will whine and cry all day on forums.and arenanet will eather cave and get rid of the dodge system.or the game will end up with no one playing it

i mean, from looking at people who play mmos.alot of them are casuals, and casuals generally dont like challenging things.dodge kinda sounds like its going to be one of those things that look challenging

I Tried the beta.
It has a lot of issues (for now), much like swtor at his beginning:

Low fps, Latency / delay, you can't bind shift/ ctrl / mouse wheel, you can't customize the UI, you don't gain xp if you pvp, the chat is meh, the story is worse (imo, of course), you don't return where you were questing after joining a pvp match, ecc (just the first ones that crossed my mind)

Also, am I wrong or there is only 1 battleground? It seems its the same battleground just with different maps. Dynamic events are fun, the dodge system, casting while moving and few other things too.

But I don't really see myself playing it...
Adlez - Operative

Adlezz - Jedi Sage (50) (not used)
