I went with Artifice > Archaeology> Treasure Hunting.
You can make lightsabers, hilts, enhancements, off hand force items, shields, power generators, and power crystals.
Your first companion get a +15 efficiency bonus for artifice, the largest in the game.
One of your later companions get a +5 crit in archaeology, also the largest in the game.

The other crafting skill would be Synthweaving, but I find it a little lacking. You are pretty much limited to force user armor (light, medium, heavy). It's ok for an alt that is building armor for several force using characters and companions, but I would not put it on my first toon. All you can use on your character is light armor so 2/3 of the schematics go unused. This makes it difficult to grind without making stuff you can never use.

Here is a great sticky about crew skill bonues with recommendations by class
