It should run, but you will probably have to turn the settings down to low. It's only dual core, and the game seems to want a quad. The graphics card also isn't stunning. It's going to struggle a little, and I wouldn't be happy recommending it to someone specifically for playing the game.

Although for reference, I've not seen it running on a dual core, just chatter I've seen from people in the game that their dual cores were struggling.

I have a refurbished Asus G53 with similar specs except for the video card - GTX260.

I strongly suspect that the GT230M will really struggle. The GT v GTX part makes a world of difference.

If you are in the USA, www.newegg.com are selling refurbished gaming laptops for good prices, if you are on a tight budget.

My G53 arrived with no issues and in perfect condition. It overclocks sweet and I was surprised at its performance compared to my O/Ced custom SLI Gaming desktop. I think I paid about $500, no tax and shipping was real cheap. Not much slower then my Asus G73 laptop in day to day gaming.

At least check www.newegg.com out and you might be surprised.

The GPU is not great for gaming. The Geforce GT 230M in that thing is a 48 stream processor chip with 128 bit DDR3 which is about the same performance you can expect from a 9600 GSO desktop GPU.
