So, good night, go badger someone else for awhile. I'll be back when I'm rested and not as likely to tear your stubborn, "only my way" head off.

Night.
Uhm this is gonna be rough translation but I will try to keep it accurate:
"If we shouldn't talk about tastes then nobody should speak about it. When you show of your taste it stops to being taste and starts to be an opinion. If you're showing off your opnion then someone can disagree with you"

Annoying people it's the only true gift after drawing I've received with part of my parent's DNA.

Thankfully you can not do that over internet Good night and see you tommorow on forum's "battlefield"!

The difference is...I make it quite clear that I am expressing an opinion, mine. I do not attempt to assert that my opinion is fact.

Could you also boycott the forums while you're at it?

Saying "SWTOR IS BAD, DON'T PLAY IT!" is like saying Jean-Luc Picard was a better captain than James T. Kirk in Star Trek or that Xbox is a better console than Playstation or that chocolate is superior to vanilla. No matter how many times you beat that horse, there will always be people who disagree with your personal preference and will defend their personal preference. People will play the game and they will decide for themselves.

If in coming here you hoped to sway the masses, well, I'm afraid you'll be sorely disappointed.
Evil is a word used by the ignorant and the weak. The dark side is about survival. It's about unleashing your inner power. It glorifies the strength of the individual.

Because if you want big time graphics, you need big time machines. This isn't Witcher 2, this is an MMO that is targeting many different people with different machines. Mostly lower end machines. I'm sure there would have been public outrage 5 months ago if the minimum requirements required the majority of people wanting to play the game to go out and drop some serious coin to play this game.

The gear in SWTOR looks better to me than that of the gear in WoW. Well, ok, maybe not the new Consular PvP War Hero gear, but hey ... nodoby is perfect.

Sorry, but the graphics are a lot better in SWTOR than that of WoW. Then again, I don't play games for graphics. I play them for entertainment. Playing Zelda on the NES is still a blast. So it playing FFIII on the SNES.
No, you don't need big time machines for big time graphics. I played ME3, TERA, and Skyrim on Core 2 Duo E6850 at max settings no problem - all better graphics than SWTOR. I had to set SWTOR graphics to medium to run it on that same machine at the same frame rate as the other games because its engine is a giant bloated resource hog (it's the Windows ME of game engines).

I'm not arguing that SWTOR graphics aren't, strictly speaking, better than WoW, but WoW is 7 year sold, and SWTOR doesn't look that much better.

Also 8 GB of ram is nothing. It only costs $50, there's no excuse for that.

To put it bluntly, you can play better looking games on a weaker machine than SWTOR requires to look good.

How is this thread still going? After EA cutting 500 peole was proven false and someone who works for Bioware saying the subs are fine this is still going and people still saying it's dead.

SWTOR Forums. you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy
Peace is a lie. There is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me

Well in this case I can't see the problem. It's obvious that PS3 offers way more content than X360, right? (if any console hardcore blind fanboy is here this was sarcasm - I have them all and by far my favourite is Wii, because it possess Monster Hunter )

Also, Sean Connery was best Bond ever and Daniel Craig doesn't fit into role

Sho, shoo, go be blind somewhere else <trololol>

Now more serious
"How is this thread still going? After EA cutting 500 peole was proven false and someone who works for Bioware saying the subs are fine this is still going and people still saying it's dead." - offcourse you imagine it was exactly the same back then with Warhammer? They said everything is ok too

You should also add that WoW is perfectly playable on a Netbook machine (but without 40 man raids) on low details - true story.

Sorry, I'm not a "yesman" and I'm not a "fanbois." I'm a gamer. One that has been gaming since the 70's. I'm a gamer that plays games for their entertainment value.

A boycott, seriously? Boycott a video game?

What's hurting the gaming industry is the self-entitlement mindset in players these days. You feel as if every game you play should be perfect in every way and suit your every need. If those needs aren't met, you call for boycotts and the likes.

Sorry that SWTOR wasn't your cup of tea. I didn't like Castlevania back in the day, but I certainly didn't call for a Boycott on Konami. I simply stopped playing the game and chose another game for my entertainment purposes without another word being said. I think you should do the same.
