dude, i have the exact same problem now. i think we have the same laptop too b/c its the intel hd vid card. i tried talking to ppl about it in-game and some people said that they had it during beta and it wasn't a bad vid card---- it had something to do with swtor and our computer but it was easily fixable.... except they didn't remember how they fixed it

Can someone from tech support please respond to this post? other people are having this issue and need help! the game is unplayable b/c of it.

Same problem. Please help BW. I have updated drivers and used a game booster tried all graphics settings and windows compatibility settings. Have run compatibility test and I am well above requirements to run the game smoothly. I have actually lvl'd a toon and the game runs fine except for glitch which seems to get better with lower angles but wilds is impossible to see from any angle

I think the game is not picking up the integrated graphics because it is running off the intel 3 cpu

@nutegunra, it's definitely how the game is recognizing the GPU, you have over the limit sys req. but it's intel

Yeah I know it just sucks that BW is so slow.

That's your problem. The Intel HD graphics chip is not intended for gaming. I'm guessing this is a laptop, and if so, you will be unable to upgrade the video card.
