The reasoning given for the armour changing appearance based on your faction was 'to create a signature look for each faction'. It would be akin to my government telling me the only hat I was allowed to wear was a wide brim hat with corks on it! (Australian).

Are there any plans to let us choose the faction appearance for each armour piece in order to better facilitate us creating our own signature look?

This also halves any one players choice in look.

Currently, what is bioware doing to address the server population issue? many people are asking for server transfers, as myself id prefer adding in server transfers and many more cross server options, but I'm certain that whatever you choose will be the better option.

In 1.2 the game seems to have made a shift towards the "hardcore" with the new raid and flashpoint.

Is this trend going to continue? and are there any plans for end game content for those who don't have any interest in that type of content? Including solo content?

Why will you not give us lower level purple (and orange) crystal colors to be crafted by Artificers?

As noticed by general dislike towards gear art, how does the art department plan to move forward on creating new armor designs? Will we see armor designs based off Expanded Universe Material?

Group quest are difficult to get on less populated servers. Is there any plan for quest to be scaled for the size of the party?

Don't know if this was mentioned yet but when will see more marauder armor with hoods up an better face masks like in deceived trailer or whats shown at :50 of the SW progression video. Now i know there are a few for pvp and endgame but im talking at lower levels. When i think of a Maruader i think of a Sith who wears enough armor to protect themselves and still have good mobility (which is done pretty well) and that has his face hidden under a hood not a heavy mask. Also our Pub counterparts (Jedi Sentinels) have a good amount of hooded robes/armor from what i understand. So I ask again when will we see hooded armor for maruaders?

You said during the Guild Summit that you plan to phase out reusable medpacs. While I think this (or some other drastic change) is ultimately necessary to balance crafting, I would like to know if this is going to happen before, after, or at the same time as the introduction of Rated War Zones.

The answer to this question would really help those of us who haven't yet switched to biochem to decide if we should bother switching.

What is the status on allowing Dual Specs? Being a Commando I am spec'd healing for flashpoints and it is how I want to be progress through end game. When it comes to dailies I find it very difficult and even slow to do DPS to get through them.

This is a question regarding PvP, DoT talent trees and Dispel. Currently in PvP Dispel abilites are extremely powerful against DoT specced players, being able to just outright negate a large amount of a DPS classes damage with a single dispel. You somewhat addressed this in 1.2 by giving Snipers a new ability in their DoT tree. Any plans to address this for other DoT specs or make some general changes to dispel in PvP.
