Account not updating after redeeming Reg. Code!!!

I activated my pre-order last night, but my account is still asking me to activate a code. I am inferring this from the "Get Ready To Play" check list which now shows on my account, this was not there last night. It shows I have done the five security questions, completed the contact information, but have not redeemed a product registration code, but I have redeemed the pre-order code for the digital deluxe edition.
