I've sent three reports in over the past three days and I haven't received a response on even the earliest one yet.

I am on the Jung Ma server; my ticket numbers are: 912545, 974095, and 1028012. Can someone please check to see if tickets are being looked through. I see people's problems being answered in the forums much faster than in game. Maybe my server doesn't have a rep yet? Either way, one of these tickets was time-sensitive and it isn't polite to ignore your customers.
