5pm till 9pm or 10pm AEST, this is prime time. Please consider changing your schedule, surely there is a more suitable time slot which doesn't start exactly the time people get home from work and finish exactly the time most people goto bed in a timezone.

Back to my original post I pay to play wheres my refund? For 25 hours of down time I expect to see 25 hours divided into 30 days of hours refunded.

No, they're just arrogant "hardcore MMO gamers" who consider anyone with an opinion different from their own to be Noobs, QQers and Whiners. The fairly standard response from these select few is "You obviously haven't played many MMOs" which roughly translates to "You are noob and therefore not allowed to comment without prior approval from the Hardcore MMO Gamers Committee". I think they must pay a higher monthly sub than the rest of us.

Ouch, looks like someone's going to have to find a better comeback since most of us here aren't the newbies you think we are. No one's impressed that you joined back in 2009, and the amount of playtime we've already put in should have no impact on the importance of this discussion. If anything, the people who only play occasionally and still pay the same money as the people that play every day, these downtimes are even MORE of an impact to them.
