What the Gharj?

So was Gharj completely ruined in 1.2?

Never have EVER had an issue with him before, he was glitching and resetting like crazy so we set it off Nightmare to Hard thinking it was maybe just in Nightmare. Nope, every time on the third Island now he resets.

Anyone else getting this? What the hell? How do you fix a broken boss, Soa, and completely ruin a boss which has never glitched before?

We've had it happen twice now, most recently Monday, where he won't do anything for about the first 30-40% of the fight. No Pounce, no Frenzy, nothing. Then when he would finally spawn a new platform it would not be attached to the original one, and neither would despawn, then on his 2nd frenzy (at about 40% or w/e), he will spawn one that is attached, but it disappears as if it was the one we are supposed to be running from. Essentially forcing us to stay on the first platform until it spawns one in the correct spot when he is damn near dead.

Can't say I've run into your particular Gharj bug however.

We had a similar issue two weeks ago, I believe it was. Are you killing the "core hound" packs (lol) before the boss, or pulling them to the pit and knocking them in to clear them faster? We were thinking it might somehow have to do with that particular method of clearing the tunnel.

We pull them to where the Wardens are and knock them off the ledge, we do that every time.

We knock the beasts as well down. But remain always in combat after it.

Most time we dont have a problem with Gharj.
Only sometimes it happens, that he stay on the first platform for way to long. But we know already thist means we have to stay on the first platform when the way to the next is coming up. If we would move, the second platform would just disapear and he would reset. So we stay on first, and move the second time the way to a new platform comes up. Work this way. Its bugged, but if you know it, it works fine.

Our guild knocked the trash packs off the cliff two times when clearing EV. The first time it worked splendidly, the second time they kept evading and reappearing on top of us after knocking them off. We stopped after that and just clear them since it's only a couple minutes of work to keep from bringing even more bugs into an already buggy operation.

Did Gharj perfectly fine on Nightmare mode last night. We pushed the dogs over the edge, 3 respawned, so we kited/killed them on our way to Gharj. Once there engaged the boss and killed it like any other night. :/

Cleared EV/KP last night. Had no issues with Gharj. However the Bounty Hunters decided to reset at 5% for no apparent reason.

These bugs happened pre 1.2 as well. Albeit rare, it did happen. Especially the one where he wouldn't pounce/frenzy/create new platforms.

i have seen this one we reset the instance and did fine
