My ticket has been missing for almost a day now. Unless it glitched or something when I posted it, I didn't check right away. From reading this thread I've been putting off submitting a new ticket, but I'm having difficulty being patient. I wants my samples.

Just an update, they got my 95 missing samples back to me in less than 24 hours. It's surprising they haven't fixed this bug yet, but I'm glad they are at least handling it through the ticket system. The workaround of having to make sure you only have enough samples in your inventory to buy one item is a little bit of a hassle, considering where the vendor is located, but sure better than getting robbed again by that little jawa

As you have probably seen already in the 1.2.0c Patch Notes, we were able to address this:
  • World Event
    Jeelvic the Jawa will no longer take more DNA samples than intended for purchases.

We have reached out to many of you that had been affected and made us aware. For those of you who have lost DNA samples in this way prior to the fix being implemented, we would ask you to please contact us again.

Please open a ticket with the following information:
  • Keyword: Jupiter - DNA samples
  • Character name:
  • Server name:
  • Name of item you purchased:
  • The date and time of the item purchased:
This is to ensure your request reaches our restoration team and is dealt with as soon as possible.
