Product code activated, but no in-game mail?

I redeemed my product code yesterday (16th) and received my code via Email. So I redeemed it, then presumably checked my in-game mail however received none of the in-game items I had redeemed. I've made a ticket in-game regarding this however I'm still in the server que so to skip some time, maybe it's a common issue for others. Also, under My Account > Code Redemption it does clarify and state that my Deluxe Edition has been redeemed.

If you're experiencing this issue too, feel free to leave a comment in this thread so I can see how common this is.

You have to relog to get the in-game mail if you're online during activation.

Well, I've logged off since the redemption so I should have had it sent by now? Still waiting in this long server que, will have to wait and see if I get it sent.
