I am currently finishing up my storyline quests and wanted to know if I will need Quinn's heals. Will having Jaesa along as double-dps be fine for questing or will it become too difficult without the heals?

Jaesa needs a tank. Maybe that's changed since she got an armor buff in 1.2, but in my experience before the patch, she dies WAY too fast, and even though she did get increased armor, it will probably only be enough to put her on par with Vette (who has the advantage of being Ranged DPS). For Vengeance, I'd choose Quinn. Edited April 14, 2012 by Vid-szhite
