We have no ETA for servers being back online at this time, but will update this thread.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will update you with additional information as it becomes available.

What astounds me is that there are so many people out there who are so infallible in their jobs that they feel they can rant and rave in bile filled fury every time an MMO dev makes a mistake.

Bioware messed up - so does everyone - let them fix it and get on with life...

Yup, well, that's the right thing to do for a number of reasons.

- Prevent any more people than have already logged in with the screwed up patch from doing so and potentially prevent additional damage.

- They can probably see what's going on better with the servers down.

- It gives them the "license" to really look hard at things and try to correct things thoroughly.

I have been telling people to bear with Bioware, on th FB page, but I have to agree with the above quote.

LOL. Thanks bioware for giving us PERMISSION to carry on a conversation about your horrible horrible mistakes. What I don't understand is how they have time to post something like this instead of ADDRESSING these issues or at least explaining them to us.
Yeah because every single Bioware employee is a programmer or developer of the game itself and not a customer service specialist.

How bright of you.
Don't tread on me.
