So you want that Bioware that sends EMAIL spam to EVERYONE WHO IS SUBSCRIBED that ''YOU ARE ONE OF OUR MOST VALUED CUSTOMERS''

No where in there does it say players without level 50 toons are inferior. No one ever said that you weren't a valued customer.

If you didn't make it to level 50 in FIVE months, that was your decision period.

And another thing. This most certainly isn't an apology for lack of end game content:

-Ilum dailies, Belsavis Dailies and when the servers come back up Corellia

dailies.

-HM/NMM: BT, BP, Fy, D7, BoI, FE, KUS and when the servers come back up Lost

Island. Also Story Mode for BoI, FE, KUS and LI.

-Story, HM/NMM(?): EV, KP and when the servers come back up EC.

-I can't think of a single MMO that was released with nearly this much End Game
Content - or had it within 5 months of release. Most are released with NO "raids" and get one in the first mega-patch, often you have to wait for an expansion pack

-If you can do all of the above in one gaming day, I applaud you. However, that puts you into a miniscule minority of gamers. And quite frankly if the entire population of that minority unsubscribed it would not even be a drop in the bucket of subscriptions.

-MMOs are about repeated content at max level. No Dev team or game producer can keep
up the pace of players devouring content.

-This game, specifically, is story driven. You knew that when you subscribed.
If you didn't see that their intent was for you to experience one story from
eight different perspectives then perhaps this isn't the game for you.

-There is also Companion Affection, Crafting and Level 50 PvP.

LOL, This is especially disappointing since my main is lvl 49 and has been over half way to 50 for a while and also have several other characters that are mid level. I very much agree that the 30 days should have gone to ALL Founders. Really it's not as much of a financial reason but the principle of it all considering the announcement.

well you guys can feel better. I didn't get an email and I have 2 lvl 50s. Account is currently active as well.

Oh well.

I understand what they did as well, but the way they did it was simply way off. If they had said that they are going to award the patience of the people that have been 50 for a while without a lot of new content coming out, then that's fine. It's clear why they are awarding some, and not others. But the way they delivered the prize is for the valued and loyal customers... But only lvl 50 ones...

So yeah, I can understand the reason, and I have no problem with the prize given, grats to all that received it (I got it as well). But I'm still crying foul on this one, because the delivery of the message gives a negative perception to a lot of people. They should have seen it coming a mile away... I saw it immediately as soon as I read the news message...

Can it be fixed? I'm sure it can, somehow. Will they fix it? No idea... Do they perceive it as a problem? I certainly hope they do...

My response in yellow. This is an issue with a poorly worded email and everyone taking issue on a level concerning it. That is the main focus. Everything else is being muddled in because of insecurity/entitlement issues.
