Sound issue with 1.2

I get a headache thinking about how BW could
1. release 1.2 after this was reported in the TS
2. cause the issue in the first place... (did 1.2 add any extra sounds to the game?)
3. be completely dumb founded about how to fix the issue (almost been 2 months not including TS time)

one thing i am curious about is the speeder sound... its so cheap these days, are we ever going to get that back to how it was pre 1.2 (yet actually working properly)

1,5 months and still no fix, I guess I'll cancel my subscription if it isn't fixed in the next 2 weeks. If I wanted to pay for headaches, I'd smoke.

Still having issues with sound, so I think I'm officially cancelling my sub. Really don't want to... but I gave Bioware until the next patch to fix the issues and they didn't. So, I'm no longer going to play a game that makes me want to stab myself with a pen everytime I play -- which would be never now, so why am I still paying for a game that I'm not playing?

Resolve the issues Bioware, this is getting ridiculous. :{

I am awe struck that Bio Ware could be this completly incompetent and get away with it.

yep, still not fixed in latest patch. Quickest way for me to find out is run the Empire Daily on Ilum called A Tightned Grip as my Assassin. Kill the first 2 NPCs at the entrance and I'll hear the static near their dead corpse. I can walk away and hear my footsteps in the snow just fine and go near the dead NPC again, static. From there it will get worse as the game stays open.

The other way it happens for me is doing Alderaan WZ (any class), but I'm not going to sit around and wait for that to pop. As soon as I die or I kill someone near the East or West node, static in that area from then on. Which eventually leads to cut scenes losing sound.

I can confirm this as well.
Although im rep, it seams like the static noise gets "stuck" on you,
like a curse following you everywhere, the longer you play the louder and more dominating it gets.
When you first hear it, like at the turrets in civil war, and exit the warzone.
Its just stuck on you, and causes a lot of other sounds to by canceled out,
like voices, footsteps, abilities, background noise and many many more.
