If you mean your AC then no.

If you mean your skill tree, there's an npc in your capital city.

Wait its not, the trainer npc though right? Cause I cant figure this out, for respecing skills, because the class trainer is not giving the option.

No not your class trainer, There is a trainer near all of the professions (at least on Dromund Kass thats where he was) who can reset your talent point for a fee.

Need a Republic person to tell you exactly where.

There is also a "Skill Mentor" on the fleet and other major planets.
