Exact same problem here. Can only play in windowed mode, latest drivers, client_settings.ini set to 60 hz, game shows the same. Fullscreen mode gives 'input not supported'.

Oh and same problems with ALT key bindings, beeping all the time.

This issue obviously has not been fixed yet because I'm still having the same problem with the sync over range every time I try to alt-tab out of full screen mode...

Even if i change the ini file i still get no change. full screen is stretched full screen window mode puts it on all 3 monitors which it should be only on 1 and windowed is stretched.

Currently there is no fix.

It seems they can no longer get away with just us fixing the problem ourselves. There's too many of us having various issues. They have to do some thing about it now.

This out of range issue has been plaguing us since day one. Alt + Enter and playing in window mode isn't acceptable.

We want to play in fullscreen [windowed] mode please!

I spent the last hour trying different solutions, no result.

I tried a program called RefreshLock, something called PowerStrip, nothing I can do will lock my refresh rate at a maximum.

If anyone finds some sort of workaround, please post it here.
