For where I live, in relation to the local phone exchange, I have the fastest DL available to private users. Its going at 197.83KB/s at the moment. I'm relatively happy with that, its about 50KB/s higher than I usually manage. Can't wait until the Autumn, when they roll cable out to my local exchange.
