Seriously - the (formerly intermittent) lag issue is making the game unplayable.

This is not a problem with my connection - my router, network, wireless are all working. I can tab out and access the internet fine. I can even access Bioware support ticket WHILE I AM "LAGGED"

So far, i have only gotten the "do all this crap that requires you have a degree in computer science" response.

Seriously - I have tried to follow those instrucitons, but there is no way (that i can find) to "REPLY" to the ticket - it is closed as soon as i read it.

If you have been given instructions in a ticket to provide reports such as a DxDiag or a trace route, you do not need to be playing the game in order to make these reports.
