Can't abandon nor reset a bonus quest.

I have trouble understanding why this is not being fixed. Customer service do you have ANY word on when this is going to be fixed?

THERE IS NO GREATER BUG AFFECTING MY OVERALL GAMEPLAY THAN THIS BUG . When I go to a new planet I must "hope" the quests I am about to get are deletable if I choose not to do them or outlevel them before I get to them. I must go back and do quests I never wanted to do that are grey and take an hour of my time because they are not able to be deleted.


It would be one thing if every week (or twice a week) I just put in a ticket and the GM's deleted the tickets for me. BUT NOT EVEN THE GM'S CAN/WILL DELETE THESE QUESTS . There is no workaround, there is no temporary fix, there does not even appear to be any movement on this bug. We are up to 16 pages now PLEASE fix this glaring bug that is making the game no fun. I *hate* being forced to do these grey quests, its absurd.

something tells me there are A LOT of very rich voice actors laughing all the way to the banks.

I've had my tickets deleted, responding to questions I didn't ask, and just plain giving me wrong information. I'm wondering how some people are able to NOT complain.

Can we please get a fix for this already? You make it so we can abandon the tatooine bonus series, will bug deal i still have 10 other quests I CANT ABANDON, fix this already -_-

So, I get an automated repsonse to my in game trouble ticket that my issue is resolved and check patch notes for information of the fix.

Quote patch notes for 2/14/12:
•Bonus Series missions on Tatooine (Republic and Imperial) can now be abandoned.

IT STILL IS NOT FIXED YET.

Mission affected: Signal to Noise (Bonus)

This mission is on Tatooine. Have to terminate 24 Czerka droids in the cloaked installation. I've completed 23/24 and completed main mission in there on my Warrior.

This mission is NOT part of the Tatooine Bonus Series missions.

So why didn't the bonus mission clear off the list like it did for my Trooper?
