Lag Spikes

Is anyone else getting hit with lag spikes every so often? For the most part my latency is good but every few minutes I'll spike up from sub 100 MS to over 5000 MS. Sometimes it'll even cause me to disconnect. It's incredibly frustrating.

I have Verizon Fios so I don't think it can be from my end, but I'm not sure. Here is a dslreport test:

Like I said for the most part my latency is a non issue, I'm not getting consistent lag, it's just that every so often I'll spike to ridiculous numbers. It doesn't happen with much consistency. Sometimes it'll maybe happen a few times an hour, other times it'll happen almost every couple of minutes like in the Warzone I just got D/C'd out of.

My drivers are all up to date and I've tried resetting my router. I don't have anything in the background that could be causing it either.

I'm having this problem too. is there a place that we can see the servers addresses so we can trace the route and see where the spikes are happening?
