Hi,

Just wondering. I am at my account page, I've answered the 5 security questions, completed contact information, redeemed my product registration code, got an email thanking me for registering my code, yet on my account page it says that step has not been completed. I tried to re-register it, says that code has already been registered. Am I missing something? or is this a glitch?

You cannot finish all steps until the official release date.

But you can still play with your preorder code up untill the offical launch

The Preorder code and Game code are two different codes. You will get the game code when your box arrives or an email with the code for a digital purchase. So far the only codes that have been sent out are preorder codes which only gains you access to the headstart.
