What's a better choice for SWtOR:
1. G1610 + HD7770 or
2. G2020 + HD7750?

defenetly the later since you need a very strong cpu for any place with more than 16ppl on screen and action happening and just so you know this game doesnt use more than one core so its the performance of you cpus single core that matters the most.

still getting fps problems throughout the game, really only get 60 fps when im alone on a bare planet, running on high at 1920x1080 with shadows turned down to medium and a couple other things turned down, no anti aliasing either.

around 20-30 fps on alderaan right now since its where im leveling.
you are lucky then my system
amd fx 8120 @4.3 ghz
gtx 670
8gb of ram
64gb ssd
1tb hdd
750w psu

and this game still runs like crap with more than 10 ppl on screen and i know its my cpu and hate that this game runs only on one of my eigth cores bioware please some optimization for multicore/multithread cpus

Intel i7 3930K @ 3.2GHz
X79 Sabretooth Motherboard
16Gb Ram set to XMP profile
Nvidia 670GTX
SSD for Win 7 64 bit
1.5Tb drive for the game install
Running at 2048 x 1152 resolution with all setting on high
And game runs great, no crashes or FPS issues (touch wood)

i should clerefy that this game hates amd cpus aswell so almost every single cpu from intel will outperform any qamd cpu in this game

I was starting to wonder if it hated AMD cpu's as well, maybe that is something they can look at, but lets hope they are at least looking at it for you guys.

It's funny that one of the most expensive i5 2500k's is listed to run this game extremely well..

I have the exact CPU OC'd to 3.4 with a 660 GTX and I'll still be getting choppy play.

I have an i5 2500k. 3.4Ghz is the stock speed though with 3.7Ghz Turbo Boost. I have mine overclocked to 4.4Ghz...

Intel chips generally outperform AMD when it comes to work on a single core. Not just in this game but overall.
