i cannot phone you, its that simple

even if i did at a great expense you would just force me into talking to useless indians to waste even more money

theres no legitimate way you cannot refund me, this is a scam and daylight robbery

edit, gave in and called them from skype and they blew me off again

calling a 2nd time, getting blown off again

finally cracked them, said it might take up to 10 days for a refund

You could still just leave it as Customer service blows. (which it does for most companies)

No matter what the race of the CS is, they just do what management tells them to do.

I'm pretty sure if they didn't have the accent he wouldn't have said, I'm so tired of the Whites in customer service blah blah blah.

This. Rather than tossing around all the racial slurs, being beligerant and posting irate tirades (which if that's how you're talking to CS, well . . . . ) you have other valid avenues for resolution.

First, just like removing a credit card from your account, you should be able to remove Paypal as a payment method as well. If you can't, that's a problem but an issue for another thread. That's something to do anytime you cancel a service.

Second if you are not getting resolution with the entity that charged you, you can file a dispute through the payment entity.

It makes me wonder if you actually cancelled and are just throwing a tirade to get a refund. That's an over-used tactic--many-times indicated by the attitude and words of the complainant.
